Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Zeqo subscriptions. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. We collect your payment details up front but do not charge during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your first payment is taken automatically.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or the customer portal, or by emailing hello@zeqo.app. When you cancel:

  • During a trial — you will not be charged and access continues until the trial ends.
  • On a paid plan — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew.

Refunds

Because each billing period is paid in advance, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods after a renewal, except:

  • where required by applicable law or consumer-protection rules;
  • under our Founding Member Promise — if we discontinue a product, Founding Members receive a refund of unused prepaid time; and
  • at our discretion, for clear billing errors or duplicate charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Annual plans

Annual plans are paid up front for the year. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal; the current term remains active until it ends.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
