Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zeqo’s websites, products, and services (the “Service”), operated by Zeqo(India) (“Zeqo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Zeqo provides operational monitoring tools, including Zeqo Mail (email deliverability monitoring) and Zeqo Watch (website uptime and SSL monitoring), plus related features such as alerts and status pages. Monitoring is provided on a best-effort basis and is a tool to help you detect issues — it is not a guarantee of uptime, deliverability, or that every issue will be detected.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trials run for the stated period; we collect payment details up front and begin billing when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Zeqo Mail is billed per domain; Zeqo Watch is billed as a flat plan by site count. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes/VAT.
• You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Founding Member Promise

For the first 100 customers of a product (“Founding Members”), we commit to the following for as long as the subscription remains active:

• Price lock. Your founding rate will not increase while you stay subscribed.
• Prorated refund on sunset. If we discontinue the product, you receive a refund of any unused prepaid time.
• Acquisition continuity. If Zeqo is acquired, your price commitment transfers; if the new owner will not honor it, we refund the remainder.
• No silent downgrades. Features included in your plan at signup remain available to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: monitoring domains or sites you are not authorized to monitor; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; using the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; or sending abusive volumes of requests.

Your data and custom domains

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you. If you connect a custom domain (e.g. for a status page), you represent that you control that domain and authorize us to provision TLS certificates for it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Zeqo and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every issue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeqo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
